Content Administration

This article describes how to use the Content Administration features as an HR Administrator

As an HR Administrator, it is now possible to search for, edit, and delete Continuous Feedback, Recognition, and Notes in Confirm!

This new section is found in the Admin menu in the side panel:

To view content, you can either view all content of a certain type by clicking the corresponding button, or you can filter by searching for the name of a specific author or recipient.

If desired, search results can be exported to a CSV file.

You can also view an Audit Trail for your employees’ content and any changes that are made.

Editing and Deletion Rules

HR Admins can edit, delete, or undelete feedback if they are not the sender or recipient and if they have visibility into either the sender or any recipient.

All changes are tracked and recorded in the Audit Trail tab.

If a Confirm Super Admin (internal to Confirm) makes a change, it will be recorded as “Confirm Admin.”

Deleted Feedback Behavior

Deleted content will no longer appear in any part of the platform. Authorized HR Admins can undelete feedback if needed.
