Confirm now supports shareable engagement reports, so you can alert key stakeholders to your survey engagement!
To create and share an engagement report, navigate to Cycle administration, then click the “Edit” button for the cycle you would like to create engagement reports for, click on the Reports tab, and then click the “Create new report” button.
A pop-up window will appear with the options for creating an engagement report. You can create a report for a demographic (usually a department or departments), a leader or leaders, or a custom report with whichever filters you choose.
You may notice that certain leaders or departments might be greyed out. This means that the number of employees in those departments or reporting to those leaders is below the grouping threshold set by the organization in Confirm to provide confidentiality. These are the same teams that are grouped into the “Other” category in the Surveys & performance dashboard for the purpose of preserving anonymity.
In the example below, the threshold in this instance is set to 3, so departments with fewer than 3 employees cannot be reported on independently, and are greyed out to indicate this:
Once you have decided on which data to include in your report, you can choose who to share it with by clicking on the Viewers icons and adding people to see certain slices of data:
If everything looks good, publish the report by toggling the “Published” switch to the blue on position and then clicking the blue Save button:
Clicking the Save button will prompt you to decide who to notify from among the people to whom the report will be shared:
Once your report has been published, the people you’ve chosen to receive notifications will receive them via email (and Slack/Teams if one of these integrations is enabled) and can view the report by navigating to the Admin report dropdown on the Engagement page in the Team panel on the sidebar and selecting the report they wish to view:
Sometimes, you might have a report that is in a “Partially published” state, which just means that only some slices of the report data have recipients. This should not impact the delivery of either notifications or the reports themselves on the recipient’s Engagement page.
