ONA Data: Manager vs. Employee View

Have you ever wondered what your managers and employees see in their Confirm profile for ONA data results?

The most important difference to point out with respect to ONA data is that employees will see their influence and impact (stars) in their profile, but not their heads up (flags) count. Managers will have the option to see both versions for their employees, by toggling "manager view" on or off, with on being the version showing the heads up.

Here's an example:

Our demo environment has a fictional employee called Brett Mills. His manager thinks he is pretty great:

And his peers agree! When Brett's fictional manager, Brian, toggles on manager view, he can see that Brett has no heads ups from colleagues:

Brian is no slouch himself - he also got really strong ratings from his fictional manager, Julie. When viewing his own profile, he can see his boss's remarks and rating and his influence and impact from colleagues across the org - but no heads up. And since he is not his own manager, he also doesn't have the ability to toggle on the heads up for his own profile:
