Employee Guide: Employee-Driven Development Plans

This article guides employees on creating and interacting with Employee-Driven Development Plans

You can create a new plan by navigating to Team > Development Plans and clicking on the blue “Create Development Plan” button:

Once you’ve selected Create Development Plan, select your template and complete the fields presented for who the plan is for, who the plan Supporter is and the dates of the plan:

Once created, the plan will populate in your Development Plan view, and you can then click the grey “Review plan” button to see details of the plan:

Here, you can update the content of the plan and adjust the status, for example, to “Active.” Whenever you update the status, you can leave comments about the change, and these will be recorded in the plan’s history, which you can view by clicking “View history.”

You can update the content and status of the plan at any time. There is also no limit to the number of Development Plans you can have!

Supporters of your plan will also be able to view and edit your plan, as well as view the plan history.

If you are a Supporter for someone else’s plan, you will also be able to view their plan at Team > Development Plans:

You can view your own plans by navigating to your Profile and selecting the Plans tab:
