There are two ways to view and track participation during the cycle:
Surveys & Performance > Participation
Surveys & Performance > Team
Surveys & Performance > Participation
Once logged into Confirm, on the left-hand side, navigate to Team > Surveys & Performance > Participation
Here you can view overall participation, as well as participation by your different demographic groups, such as Department, Manager, Cost Center, etc.
In the top right, you can toggle between different phases as applicable to the cycle.
To dig further into the details, you can select the header ‘% complete’ to sort the data and identify pockets of particularly low participation to target with additional communications.
Surveys & Performance > Team
On the left-hand side, navigate to Team > Surveys & Performance > Team, otherwise known as the ‘Team Dashboard’.
Here you can view phase participation (as illustrated below) and also against each user via the ‘Done’ column - grey indicating ‘not complete’ and green indicating ‘complete’.
You can select the ‘Done’ header to sort by completion and hover over the green or grey bars for more detail (as illustrated below). Under the ‘Team’ column, you can track the participation of that individual’s team members.
It’s also possible to export the data from this view for further analysis. Select ‘Export to CSV’ on the top right-hand side. Then select the checkbox next to ‘Participation and completion data’ before pressing ‘Export’.
