Overview
Previously, the Team Dashboard only showed the current and most recent previous rating for each person. With this update, it’s now possible to configure how many previous ratings should be displayed, adding one column per past cycle and making historical performance visible at a glance.
Configuration
Navigate to the Performance Cycle editor at Cycle Admin to configure the number of previous ratings to display in the Team Dashboard. This can be edited at ‘Show history of previous manager ratings in Team Dashboard’.
The default value is ‘1’
The minimum value is ‘0’ (no historical ratings shown)
Only non-negative values are allowed
Behavior
Each past cycle adds one additional column to the Team Dashboard
Columns are ordered based on campaign order (most recent first)
If only one column is shown, the minus icon is omitted
The same configuration applies to the CSV export
CSV Export
The CSV export includes the same rating columns configured for the Team Dashboard. Column order and campaign names match the UI and visibility rules are applied consistently.
Interim ratings
Note that interim ratings are not included in historical columns.
