Overview
AI-powered drafts allow users to generate or enhance feedback and recognition using Confirm’s AI Assistant. Instead of starting from a blank page, users can input a short prompt and receive a structured draft they can edit and personalize.
This capability is designed to:
Save time when writing feedback or recognition
Improve clarity and quality of written communication
Encourage more frequent and meaningful feedback across teams
As with all AI features in Confirm, the generated content is fully editable, and users remain in control of the final message.
How It Works
When giving feedback or recognition, users will see AI options within the workflow:
Generate a draft from scratch
Click “Generate Draft with AI”
Enter a short description of what you want to say
(e.g., “Recognize strong leadership during a product launch”)Confirm generates a complete draft
Enhance an existing draft
Write your feedback or recognition as usual
Click “Enhance Draft with AI”
AI will improve structure, tone, and clarity
What the AI Uses
The AI Assistant generates drafts based on:

Unlike AI-powered reviews, this feature does not require existing performance data, it is designed to help with quick, situational input.

Relationship to Other AI Features
This feature extends Confirm’s broader AI capabilities across the platform. For example:

Permissions & Visibility
AI-generated drafts follow the same visibility and permissions as standard feedback and recognition:
Visibility settings (Individual, Manager, Everyone) remain unchanged
AI does not alter who can see the feedback
