Highlights is a recent, permission-filtered feed, not a complete list of company-visible recognition or an algorithmically curated selection.
Company-visible recognition is eligible regardless of the employee’s team or reporting relationship.
Recognition/feedback written by the viewer is excluded, even when shared with everyone. Recognition they receive can appear.
Private recognition/feedback can also appear when the viewer has permission through recipient, management, or HR access.
The feed shows up to 30 items total, newest first, shared across recognition/feedback, accomplishments, and pulse checks. Older recognition can therefore fall outside the feed.
Organization feature settings determine which of those content types are included.
Employees should see recent eligible company-wide recognition, subject to those exclusions and the 30-item limit. Two employees can legitimately see different feeds.
