This article covers the process of releasing and viewing performance reports.

As a manager, when you log into your Surveys and performance dashboard during the conversation phase, you’ll see a column on the right with a blue button for person below you in the chain of command. This column reflects if a persons performance report has been released or not.

When you click the button, you’ll be taken to the performance report for that particular employee.

When you’re ready to release the performance report, click “Release report”.

This will trigger an email to the employee letting them know that their report is ready to view.

When they click “view report”, they’ll be taken to the performance report.
