How to create and submit Promotion Packets

How to create and submit promo packets for approval

Promotion Packets is a feature within Confirm that makes it really simple to create and submit promotion requests for approval for one of your direct reports. It helps keep the process quick and organized.

To create a Promotion Packet, navigate to My team> Promotion packets:

To create a new packet, click "Create promotion packet":

Provide the required details for the promotion and click "Create promotion packet".

Note: the promo packet fields will likely differ for your organization.

Once the packet has been created, it will appear in your list as a Draft. You must click "Review packet", enter details under "Promotion packet content" (if needed), and click "Submit packet for approval"

The packet will then be sent to the appropriate person at your organization for approvals, and you can follow along the status:
