Engagement surveys are important tools for organizations to measure and improve employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement. They're a also a great way for employees to provide feedback to their organization in a confidential and anonymous way. Most companies will run a survey 1-2 times a year.
These surveys typically include questions about job satisfaction, organizational culture, leadership, communication, and other factors that influence employee engagement, and help measure the extent to which employees feel committed to their work and the organization they work for. This can help to build trust and improve communication between employees and management. High levels of engagement are associated with improved productivity, employee morale, and retention, while low levels of engagement can lead to disengaged employees, absenteeism, and high turnover rates.
After you run an Engagement Survey using Confirm:
Head to Team>Surveys & performance. This might look familiar...it's our performance admin dashboard! Here, you can:
Toggle between performance and/or engagement survey cycles.
Click on the Key takeaways tab, then the Engagement tile to be taken straight to the results.
How will the results display?
None of the responses in the platform are associated to specific employees. All responses are aggregated and you will not be able to see which employee gave which response.
For any Likert questions asked (1-5 scale), the results will be displayed in a heat map format, to give you a quick idea of how the responses are distributed. The y-axis displays the question asked, and the x-axis aggregates the responses by department. Hover over a number to see the distribution for that question/department:
For open text questions, click "View responses" beside each question. A modal will pop up with the responses and which department they came from:
Direct access to this information will provide Administrators, HR and organizations with a deeper understanding of engagement levels and allow them to tailor their engagement strategies to specific groups of employees.
