After an employee’s performance report is released, they will see a task on the Home page of Confirm asking them to Acknowledge the conversation.

Clicking “Acknowledge” will take them to their Performance Report, where they can click “I have had this conversation.”

After clicking “I have had this conversation”, a modal will appear, asking them to rate the helpfulness of the conversation with their manager, and to leave any comments.

The rating and comments will only be shared with HR/Admins, but the employee has the option to toggle “allow your manager to see this feedback” as well.

After submitting, the rating and comments (if any) will appear in the last column of the Surveys and performance dashboard.

Possible values in this column include:

Report has been released, but not yet acknowledged.
