Engagement and eNPS survey set up

To run an eNPS or Engagement survey in Confirm, navigate to Admin > Cycle Admin and select the blue button ‘Create New Cycle’. In your draft cycle Basics page, set the Type to ‘Engagement only’ or ‘eNPS only’. It’s also possible to include the Engagement or eNPS questions in a full ‘Performance Cycle’.

For eNPS, toggle on ‘Ask individuals to complete an eNPS question’ or allow them to skip. You can also input a ‘Custom title’ for the eNPS comments.

For Engagement, toggle on ‘Ask individuals to complete a brief pulse check engagement survey’ and then customize your questions as needed via ‘Edit’ or ‘Create question’.

Confidentiality

Beneath your questions, you can set the confidentiality. Toggle on ‘Make Engagement results confidential’ and set the ‘Minimum group size’. For any demographic group where there are fewer responses than your set minimum (e.g. ‘3’), results will not show.

For comments, it’s possible to set one demographic filter, which can be selected at ‘Filter for Engagement comments’. This must be set before the survey launches, otherwise a filter will not be available.

AI summaries

In the Engagement reporting, Confirm provides AI-generated summaries of your results. Ensure this is toggled on to leverage this capability.

Engagement Dashboard

The Engagement dashboard helps organizations assess engagement, identify strengths and risks, and share insights with leaders, all while maintaining confidentiality. The Engagement Dashboard is automatically accessible by System Admins. You can also grant specific Engagement Dashboard access to any user at Admin > People Admin > Admins > Engagement Dashboard Administrations.

Access the Engagement dashboard from the left-hand side of Confirm at Team > Engagement.

The eNPS section displays Employee Net Promoter Score, comments and optional AI-powered summaries. Results can be filtered by your demographics and you can toggle to accessible colors. Results can be exported via csv and all comments can be viewed via ‘View responses’.

To generate your AI summary, select the blue button ‘Generate AI summary’.

The summary is also exportable via csv.

Select ‘View details’ to investigate each theme across Promoter Sentiment, Detractor Sentiment and Passive Sentiment.

The Engagement Survey shows quantitative results (Likert questions) via a heatmap, as well as qualitative comments and AI-generated thematic insights.

It’s possible to adjust how results are displayed via the ‘metric’, ‘mode’ and ‘color’ dropdowns.

Qualitative comments can be viewed by selecting the blue button ‘view responses’ and comments can be filtered via the demographic that you set in the cycle admin.

To view the AI summaries of the Engagement Survey, select the blue button ‘Generate AI summary’.

The summary will generate top themes from the comments and select ‘view details’ to see a detailed breakdown of themes.
